Yeah, a project done!!!

Finally I got a project done. I have a lot started but I just haven't had the time or the desire to get them done. I'm seen around the blog world that everyone is into putting labels on everything. While I did go on ebay and do a search for them, the extra money is just not there right now ( dh is unemployed) so I printed this off line from Twigs and Sprigs website, she also has a few more there. I soaked it in some leftover coffee and the glued it to the jar. Added some cheesecloth to the top and voila...old jar. I put some clothespins in it for now, as I don't use powered laundry detergent (use liquid) so I had none of that to put in it, but for now the clothespins work.
This is where I put it, this is on top of my washer. It hids the ugly pipes..lol

I love the way it turned out. I was looking at some old jars and cheese crocks yesterday at Goodwill to put labels on. I just don't know where I would put them!

Have a great day, Denise

I love the way you decorated that space. I did splurge and order the labels everyone is raving about, I got caught up in the hysteria but I haven't received them yet. Thank you for stopping by my site.. I love finding new prim sista's :)

Hugs,
Stella

Love the glass bottles. I have been gluing and drying and glittering so much that I am afraid when I put on my winter gloves they'll stick! Great blog, just happened upon you today. Keep your chin up about the economy. I am trying to let it inspire me to sell the old for new!

How creative! I love the clothes pins in it! I also use liquid detergent.
And I think it's neat that you found a way to have what you wanted without having to buy it. I do that too whenever I can figure a way out! Good for you!
