Little Bench

My Mom picked this up for me at a yard sale for $2.00 and we painted it mustard yellow. I am actually looking for a bench for my front flower garden to set a birdhouse on, but this one was a little to small, so we will have to keep looking.

More Changes

Some more redecorating pictures from the new tv coming in. This got moved to the bathroom and the candles were added to it.

This the barn star that had to get moved, it is now in my bedroom. I bought this at a little country store for only $20.00. I was shocked when I seen the price tag as this is a big star..not little at all.

This is above my husband's dresser.

This is above the bed. Another ebay purchase.

Redecorating

I bought this off Ebay a long time ago and just never got around to hanging it up, I am looking for other bowls to put in it but for now this all I had. Also looking for another sign to put underneath it.

This is my new wall arrangement, the yellow box is actually a cover for my thermostat, got that off of Ebay also. Can you tell I'm an Ebay junkie..lol

Since the new tv takes up more room height wise then the old one, I had to take down the barn star that I had hanging on the wall behind the old tv as you could not see it any more. So I decided to move stuff around and hang some stuff up that I never got around to.

New tv cabinet and dumpster find

This is my new tv cabinet that we got over the weekend. No one had any black cabinets that I liked and we both liked this one so we got it. No more tv on the floor. It holds all the stereo equipment in the bottom part with the glass doors (which I can see the wires in the picture..have to fix them) and the vcr/dvd player is in the open part. The doors have pull out trays to hold dvd's or cd's, plus storage on the bottom. Of course I had to add the pip berries to prim it up a little...still looking for something to put next to the vcr/dvd player.

The chair we got out of the dumpster at the store that we bought the tv cabinet from. Did not see it till we got home, but there is a crack in the seat part, but with my chair pad on it. you can't even see it. It is now my new computer chair.

A little bit of Easter

I know it's a little early for Easter, but here are some bunnies & carrots that I did. I tea-dyed the bunnies and I painted the carrots with craft paint.

Hubby's new toy

This has nothing to do with prim decor at all or even crafting in any way but I thought I would show you the thing that my husband decided he had to have... it's a 50" wide screen Plasma.....how do you hide this????

Our old tv was like 12 years old we really needed a new one...so this came yesterday..now I have to find a stand of some kind to put it on..it is sitting on the floor right now. (The speakers are not from the tv..they are from the stereo...can you tell hubby likes big electronic equipment..lol)

Ebay win

My newest ebay win..4 place-mats, 1 towel and 2 pot-holders...the towel is not in the picture but they all have the same picture on them. I will probably use the place-mats for a week or two then pack them away for the 4th of July. We are not big on place-mats out all the time here.
